"It takes a village..."
Many parents face similar challenges. By talking together, you gain new ideas and support. This way, you can learn not only from the program but also from each other.

Group meetings
During the group sessions, you meet with other parents. A facilitator provides structure and explanation. You can listen, share your own experiences, and exchange tips. You decide whether you want to participate actively or just listen.

Note: Participation is free and completely voluntary.
Group agreements
1.Equality Everyone in the group is equal, and we create a safe and respectful space together. The goal is to support each other — not to give unsolicited advice or feedback. 2.Anonymity Everything shared in the group stays confidential. We avoid sharing unnecessary personal information about ourselves or others. 3.Inclusive Everyone with parenting questions is welcome — regardless of age, gender, religion, or background. The only thing that matters is your wish to strengthen the bond with your child. 4.Independent We don’t promote outside programs or services, and we avoid discussing external parenting advice during the sessions.
What can I expect?
Each group session lasts about 60 minutes and follows a simple structure: 0–10 min: Check-in and introductions 10–40 min: One topic, with practical tips or a shared exercise 40–55 min: Sharing experiences (sharing is welcome, never required) 55–60 min: Wrap-up with take-home tips and time for questions No preparation is needed, and you can join at your own pace.
What if I have questions?
During every session, someone is always available for your questions. We work with rotating facilitator roles, which means there's always one volunteer or professional present to guide the meeting. This person keeps track of time, supports the group, and helps maintain a safe space - during and after the session. Do you have a personal question or prefer a one-on-one conversation? You can always ask after the session. We're here to help or refer you to the right place if needed.
